Nate and I begin training for a 10K tomorrow. We’ll be using the Hal Higdon 10K Training Plan (HH10K) for novices. It’s an 8 week program designed to take someone in relatively decent shape and get them running 10Ks.
It’s an aggressive schedule with “long runs” each Sunday, but I’m looking forward to it.
