Today is Week 3 Day 4 of the Hal Higdon 10K Training Plan.
Never in my life have I appreciated Friday’s as much as I do now. :)
Tomorrow is cross-training, and then another long run on Sunday.
The path to my fixed purpose is laid with iron rails, whereon my soul is grooved to run.
