Today was Week 7 Day 5 of the Hal Higdon 10K Training Plan, which should have been a rest day. But I switched it up and did my W7D6 cross-training today instead of tomorrow.
Spent the day paddling a canoe around the lake at Mauch Chunk. Perfect weather and a nice, easy upper body workout. I’m running the Shelley Mialki Memorial 5K tomorrow morning, so I didn’t want to overwork my legs.
