Ran 3.11 miles in 30:57 (9:57/mi pace) with an average speed of 6.0 mph and a max of 9.1 mph. Splits were 9:29, 10:37, 10:00. Burned around 460 calories.

Did my strength/lifting routine after the run. Nothing too exciting.
