Well, on Monday I thought I was getting sick… and I was right. Ended up staying home from work yesterday, and even though I made it to work today I thought it would be best to ditch tonight’s run.
Which is more than a little disappointing, because the weather today was perfect.
While you are at home nursing a cold, someone, somewhere is training…and on race day? He will beat you.
