Tonight was W7D2 of the HH10K plan. Did a slow 5K that wasn’t particularly notable.
The good news is that I hit 13.82 miles last week (6/9 – 6/15) and I’m on track to do the same this week (or a bit more). Here’s a relatively recent monthly graph:

It’s still a far cry from my 20+ mile weeks that I was logging back in the fall/winter months, but I think I’m slowly getting back to where I was.
