Tonight was Week 3 Day 3 of the One Hundred Push-ups training plan.
Sets were: 20, 15, 15, 12, max (at least 16). Felt good tonight, and was able to do the sets and max out with 22 at the end. That’s 84 push-ups tonight!
The path to my fixed purpose is laid with iron rails, whereon my soul is grooved to run.
