OHP W4D1

Tonight was Week 4 Day 1 of the One Hundred Push-ups training plan.

Sets were: 16, 13, 13, 11, max (at least 16). Although I was able to do the sets, I just wasn’t feeling it tonight. Did the 16 minimum at the end and quit.

Hopefully the next workout goes a little better. I certainly don’t see myself doing 100 in a row in less than three weeks from now.
