Tonight was Week 4 Day 3 of the One Hundred Push-ups training plan.
Sets were: 20, 15, 15, 15, max (at least 18). They felt a little tougher than usual tonight, but I was able to get through each of the sets. My max at the end was 26, for a total of 91 push-ups for the night.
Coming along… I bet you’re pretty close to the Army minimum by now.
