Jingle Bell Run 5K - December 2007

Hi. I’m John.

For some reason, back in January 2007 I decided to begin training for a 5K. I completed the Couch-to-5K running plan in March 2007, ran some races, and have continued training. I recently finished Hal Higdon’s 10K training plan, and some of his more advanced 5K plans.

I use a Garmin Forerunner 205 to log my runs and track my progress.
