		<title>A long four miles</title>
		<description>Almost forgot to post this one... went out Tuesday night for a four mile run with the new Asics. Ended up doing a slow seven!

Ran 7.01 miles in 1:19:41 (11:22/mi pace).  My 1-mile splits were: 10:02, 11:09, 11:26, 12:00 (ugh!), 11:53, 12:00 (doh!), 11:05.  Burned about 1030 calories.
