“It’s going to be completely written in Python to ensure that it’s platform agnostic.”
Heh, that amuses me…as though Python is the only choice for platform agnosticism. Most modern languages, when written with care, can be platform agnostic. Christ even C# can be used on at least Linux and Windows (I don’t really follow mac stuff).
Well, I’m not sure he meant that Python is the only way to make it cross-platform. I’m sure he could write it in Java (eep!) and it would work just as well.
But how many other (easily) cross-platform languages are as beautiful as Python? :)
I was in no way trying to say Python was the only way to do it. I write my blog from a personal level and I’ll generally speak from the pool of _my_ knowledge, not the web’s.

Heh. Andrew, please don’t mind Nate. He’s just cranky. :)
It’s all good.
